I have been through alot with medical trauma, feeling socially isolated and high anxiety related to some of these experiences, and im hoping by sharing my story some might not feel so alone . This is also the foundation of Me being an Art Therapist and Mental health Counselor. I want to help others know that they arent alone and they are not their dark place. This blog has gone from experiencing my past journey to moving forward in helping others with theirs.

Woohoo!
3 years remission and today was declared "cured" have to return only for yearly blood work. And was told I am now able to go to a regular physician for normal problems!!
